SHIPPING:
All products listed are in stock and ready to ship from Lebanon, MO.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We ship Monday - Friday (closed Saturday and Sunday).
- Once shipped, please expect your items to take 2-10 business days to deliver. Delivery time depends on order size and weight. Orders under 16oz ship First Class. Orders over 16oz ship Priority.
- Rush shipments are not available at this time but may be available in the future.
- Personalized and customized orders will have a longer processing time which will be indicated in product description.
- If you have special instructions please leave those in the "notes" at checkout.
RETURNS:
- We accept returns up to 14 days after product has been received. Returns must be in the exact condition it was received and in the original packaging. Items must not be worn or washed.
- Promotional items, clearance, holiday, and customized orders cannot be returned unless product is defected. Defected items must be reported within 3 business days from when product was received.
- Returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10 days from when the return was accepted.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charge is non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Given the nature of business and shipping process, we cannot accept exchanges off the site. If you need a different size, color or product, please return unwanted item and then place a new order online. DUE TO COVID 19 NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
